so we have now moved past the "slapping your wife in the middle of the night" phase to "wake up your wife because you are concerned about the very large critter lurking across the floor of the dining room in the middle of the night" phase.
perhaps it is the weather? change in diet? either way, the dog's slumber seems to never be disturbed by the ginormous rodents playing in the house in the middle of the night.
some nights, he convinces me in my slumber to actually get out of bed with him so we can try to catch it.

Brandt is the large critter !!! He is reliving when he went and took a bite out of the new rug.
These posts crack me up. I think we married the same guy sometimes. Nick has slapped me, tried to serve me popcorn and turned on all the lights and starting ripping off the covers the other night b/c he thought a bug was on him. I can also completely relate to the shampoo post. Although Nick has recently been told that he needs to use a separate conditioner b/c the 3-in-1 is not effective. ha ha! Hope to see you soon!
